Second, I've gotten estimates now. I've sent off to 5 different places, 2 couldn't do them, 1 never got back to me, and 2 have responded. I took an estimate on a total number of coins being 300 and a total number of coins being 500, since I didn't know how many we'd be ordering as a group.

There would likely be a minimum order, I'd like to know what you guys are interested in, a minimum of 10, 15, or 20, and these would need to be prepaid, as the mint wants the money before the order is shipped from them. Oakcoins is the company that gave us the good estimate and they are a reliable, trustworthy company that I've worked with before and feel confident working with again. As you see, the more the total order is, the less expensive the kundvagnsmynt costs. It also gives me a bit of bargaining power on how much it will cost, too.The price engraved for up to 15 letters or 2-3 colors on back is about the same. The cost is $1.60 a coin that includes everything except shipping to you. I would need to price when I get shipment ready. I don't look to markup shipping except about $2.50 for time and materials. This is all based on 300 tags.
